Regional Manager, GT - East

Role Overview: As the East Regional Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for leading Apple's sales and distribution plans in East India for the General Trade Channel. Your main focus will be on driving revenue for all Apple products in the region and expanding the distribution network. Reporting to the General Trade country lead, you will play a key role in shaping the success of Apple's sales operations in the region from the base in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on quarterly business plans and build a strong distribution network for long-term success. - Own and drive the channel to achieve business objectives, manage partner relationships, and enhance the customer experience. - Provide leadership in identifying data-based trends, addressing problem statements, creating innovative solutions, and executing strategic plans effectively. - Focus on both quantitative and qualitative deliverables to ensure results-driven performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Distribution. - Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability. - Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at various levels, collaborating with different teams, and managing diverse high-performing teams. - Preferred qualifications include a Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - Strong analytical skills to distill data into key insights and make informed decisions. - Creativity and flexibility are essential for proposing innovative solutions to challenges. - Adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with ambiguity are crucial for success in Apple's fast-paced, high-growth environment.,
