Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and achieve enterprise revenue targets across key markets.
  • Develop and execute scalable GTM strategies for SaaS/Tech/F&B enterprise solutions.
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships and manage long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Oversee proposals, negotiations, closures, and strategic account expansion.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Business Development team.
  • Identify new market segments, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years

    in B2B Sales/Business Development.
  • 8-16 years

    in SaaS, technology, enterprise sales, or F&B enterprise solutions.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing large enterprise deals.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading and scaling Sales/BD teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of B2B/SaaS sales cycles and CRM tools.
