Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

    for both

    team and self.

  • Drive business growth

    by identifying and developing new market opportunities across

    automotive and commercial sectors

    , while promoting

    OEM-approved lubricants

    from a leading

    PSU oil company

    .
  • Acquire new customers

    and

    build long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor secondary sales data

    and implement

    corrective actions

    to meet performance goals.
  • Build and manage distributor networks

    across regions, ensuring

    business alignment and growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate

    the

    sales team

    with clear individual and team targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships

    with

    OEMs, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure effective product placement

    ,

    premium visibility

    upselling

    of

    high-value lubricants.

  • Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and profitability

    for sustainable growth.
