Role Overview

The Regional Manager Admissions & PR will be responsible for

strengthening the admissions pipeline

in designated regions through

network building, student outreach, external marketing, and strong regional representation

. The role demands excellent networking skills, deep regional market knowledge, and

frequent travel

to generate and convert genuine leads for admissions.
Candidates with a strong regional network pan-India especially across North, East, and West India will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Student Recruitment

  • Drive student admissions across assigned regions through effective lead generation and conversions.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, placements, and admission processes.
  • Achieve and exceed regional admission targets.

Networking & Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education consultants.
  • Represent GIBS at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and regional promotional events.
  • Establish partnerships with institutions and stakeholders to enhance regional presence.

Marketing & PR

  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute region-specific campaigns.
  • Drive external outreach and PR activities to strengthen the brand s presence.
  • Provide market insights to design effective promotional strategies.

Travel & Market Development

  • Undertake frequent travel across assigned regions to expand outreach and admissions.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Submit regular reports on regional activities, lead performance, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.
  • 3 10 Plus years of experience in

    admissions, student recruitment, PR, or business development

    (education sector preferred).
  • Strong regional network pan-India, especially across North, East, and West India.

  • Proven track record of meeting student recruitment and admissions targets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
