Great to have

• 6–12 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales
• Prior experience engaging with colleges, universities, or vocational institutes
• Proven ability to build regional GTM strategies and drive consistent revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — with deans, directors, placement cells, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Your Role

• Own and lead the regional sales strategy for onboarding colleges, universities, and educational institutions
• Identify key decision-makers (e.g., TPOs, directors, principals) and pitch the value proposition effectively
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with institutions to drive adoption and recurring engagement
• Participate in educational fairs, campus visits, and partner events to represent the brand
• Drive initiatives to improve institute relationships and convert partnerships into long-term revenue channels
• Maintain a deep understanding of regional dynamics in the education landscape
