We offer 5 reporting channels to the clients (Phone, email, web portal, chatbot and post box). The team addressing those whistle-blower complaints, prepare a formal report in English language and share with the quality evaluator. Summary: To lead and manage retail operations across multiple cities outside Kerala, ensuring consistent brand performance, profitability, and operational excellence across all showrooms within the assigned zone. For the position of Zonal Retail Manager Watch Showrooms (Outside Kerala Region) for locations including Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. Key Responsibilities : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strategize promotional activities and local marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities for continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations of multiple watch showrooms across the assigned zone. Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand standards. Monitor and improve KPIs footfall conversion, ASP, ATV, shrinkage control, etc Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers and front-line sales teams. Conduct periodic performance reviews and succession planning. Ensure high employee engagement and minimal attrition. Monitor stock levels, transfers, aging stock, and replenishment cycles Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for effective stock flow. Maintain superior customer service standards across all outlets. Handle escalations and customer grievances at the zonal level. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to senior management. Ensure statutory compliance, safety, and audit readiness in all stores. Preferred Candidate: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or Retail Management. 12+ years of retail experience, with at least 3- 5 years in a multi-store/multi-city leadership role. Strong leadership, analytical, and team-handling skills. Experience in the watch, jewelry, or premium/luxury retail segment is preferred. Willing to travel frequently across assigned locations.
