Regional Key Account Manager(Sales)

As a Regional Key Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with assigned customers and developing and executing customer strategies that align with our overall growth strategy. Collaborating with Sales Director, Functional leaders, and BU sales leaders, you will set sales goals, negotiate agreements, nurture relationships, acquire new customers, and drive sales and earnings. Your key responsibilities will include developing account management strategies, understanding customer business strategies, identifying new customer opportunities, building positive relationships at all levels of customer organizations, managing customer complaints, collaborating with sales leaders, advocating our value proposition, and tracking key product launches in the automotive sector. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA in sales and marketing, along with over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the B2B industry and at least 5 years of experience in sales within a manufacturing environment. You should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, data-driven problem-solving abilities, and experience in prospecting, quoting, and closing profitable business deals. Preferred skills include understanding the automotive market and supply chain, as well as industrial experience with rotating equipment like motors, engines, pumps, or compressors. The role will require 60% travel within India and fluency in English, with additional language skills in Hindi, Tamil, or Marathi considered a plus.
