Regional Investor Head

Role Overview: As a Fundraising & Investor Engagement Manager at Prachay, your primary responsibility will be to lead fund raising initiatives and develop strong relationships with investors, distributors, and financial partners in the Pune region. You will also be responsible for enhancing investor trust, engagement, and long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals, identify new channels for investment mobilization, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead fund raising initiatives and maintain relationships with investors, distributors, and financial partners. - Develop strategies to enhance investor trust, engagement, and long-term partnerships. - Build and strengthen relationships with individual investors, HNIs, distributors, and financial partners. - Ensure strong investor engagement programs for retention and repeat investments. - Manage and motivate a large team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship. - Identify and develop new channels for investment mobilization and expand investor base. - Monitor regional KPIs and align fund raising targets with overall NBFC objectives. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in fund raising and investment mobilization. - Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to build investor trust and sustainable partnerships. - Strong exposure in Housing Loans, Liability Products, Mutual Fund, or Insurance sales. - Experience in retail finance industry and B2C sales with customer relationship management exposure. - Graduation or Postgraduation in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.,
