About this opportunity:

Shape the future of Intelligent Networks. We are looking for a Regional IN SME to lead IN network operations and capacity planning across the South region. This is a strategic role where your expertise ensures seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in one of the most critical domains of telecom. As the Regional IN SME, you will drive network operations, dimensioning, and design reviews for Intelligent Networks (IN). You’ll ensure KPI compliance, SLA adherence, and optimal utilization while supporting sales, marketing, and project teams with technical insights. This role offers exposure to large-scale IN environments, cross-functional leadership, and opportunities to influence customer experience and profitability.

You Will

  • Define and issue guidelines for dimensioning and capacity planning in consultation with technical teams.
  • Lead IN network operations, design reviews, and performance monitoring to meet KPIs.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project Managers, O&M, and customers.
  • Participate in customer projects—managing scope, risks, and expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to repeat business.
  • Manage resources, vendors, spares, and operational costs effectively.
  • Ensure quality deployment and integration of new nodes (infra and equipment).
  • Drive customer satisfaction and CSI scores through proactive engagement and performance improvements.

The Skills You Bring

  • Proven experience in IN network operations and capacity planning.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, signaling protocols, traffic dimensioning, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and adapt to cultural nuances.
  • Telecom engineering background with managerial skills; Ericsson knowledge preferred.
  • Certifications or expertise in performance audits and optimization are a plus.
