Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to lead our wealth management team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, portfolio performance analysis, and portfolio management.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement cost-effective distribution models to drive business growth.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.

Coordinate and ensure timely collection of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Appraise and review the performance of TCFSLs teams in the region.

Build and maintain client relationships, both internal and external.

Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve target achievement.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is an added advantage.

Proven experience in wealth management, financial analysis, and portfolio management.

Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
