Job Opening: North India- Regional Head

Location: North India (Preferred Base: Delhi NCR)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head to drive sales, market development, and customer relationships for our PP compounding business in North India. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of polymer compounding, strong marketing skills, and a proven track record in the plastics industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Polymer/Plastics/Chemical Engineering; MBA (Marketing) is a plus.

• 7–12 years of experience in marketing/sales of polymer compounds, especially PP.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

• Strong customer orientation and market insight.

Key Areas: -

Identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients, Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategy & Target Achievement, Market Research & Analysis, Proposal Development & Negotiation, Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations, Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution, Provide customer feedback to improve offerings and services, Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts, Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
