The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of polymer compounding, strong marketing skills, and a proven track record in the plastics industry. Required Qualifications & Skills: • B.E./B.Tech in Polymer/Plastics/Chemical Engineering; MBA (Marketing) is a plus. • 7–12 years of experience in marketing/sales of polymer compounds, especially PP. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across North India. • Strong customer orientation and market insight.
