Job Description

As a Regional Head of Channel Partnerships and Admissions, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of channel partners focused on higher education. Your key responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing educational consultants, college admission associates, and institutional referral agents. You will need to scale and manage the channel partner ecosystem to support growing admissions needs. Providing program training, support, and sales tools to partners will be crucial for enhancing engagement and productivity. In this role, you will take full ownership of achieving student admission targets through the partner network in Bangalore. It will be essential to track leads, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure partner pipelines are converting effectively. Driving performance accountability among partners and resolving any roadblocks in the admission funnel will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining excellent working relationships with all partners and ensuring their sustained engagement will be key. Representing the organization in partner events, education fairs, and student-facing activities across the Bangalore region will also be part of your duties. You will act as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the region and ensure prompt communication. As the Regional Head, you will need to maintain up-to-date records of leads, admissions, and partner performance using CRM tools. Regularly reporting on admissions progress, partner pipeline status, and market insights will be necessary. You will also be expected to recommend region-specific strategies to improve partner output and market penetration. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, student admissions, or partner management in the higher education space. Experience working with colleges, universities, or academic consultants is essential. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are required. Being proactive, target-driven, and well-versed with CRM/admission tracking tools is important. Knowledge of the Bangalore higher education landscape is a strong advantage. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
