Job Description

Lead and oversee credit underwriting for Home Loans/LAP across the assigned region
Ensure adherence to IIFL credit policy, RBI/NHB guidelines, and risk norms
Approve/review high-value cases, deviations, and exceptions
Monitor portfolio quality, NPAs, early delinquencies, and risk trends
Manage and develop regional credit teams
Partner with Sales, Ops, Legal & Technical teams to support business growth
Ensure TAT compliance, audit closure, and strong governance

Qualification - CA Preferred

Experience with HFCs/NBFCs preferred
