Qualification: MBA/CA
Experience: 8 - 15 years
Stay updated on the recent changes in policy and regulatory guidelines and ensure the same is reached to all the stakeholders
Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders
Timely intervention to ensure the quality of sourcing and minimizing the turnaround time
Study and analyze the service quality by visiting / interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor Coordinate with the collection team on timely repayment of the dues and interest Provide the various reports and update on sales, collection and the quality of the portfolio
