What you will do:
• Manage foreign currency risk for a dynamic, multi-program (revenue hedging,
balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging) FX hedge portfolio
• Identify currency exposures and develop appropriate hedging strategies
• Interact with FX banking partners
• Analyze hedging performance and investigate gaps/anomalies/discrepancies
• Identify areas for improving program effectiveness and efficiency
• Partner with the cash management team to support global liquidity needs
• Collaborate with internal groups such as accounting, tax, legal, and advisors
• Engage on capital markets projects and support other Treasury functions as
needed
Who you are:
• Bachelor degree - Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Data
science
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in
Treasury/Accounting/Finance/Banking
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to
senior management and external stakeholders with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other professional certification and/or FX industry experience
