Assisting/Optimize Utilization of contracts
Daily Exchange Rate Information Update
Custom Exchange Rate updating in SAP
Recording & maintenance of all Import and Export Transactions
Uploading debit/credit bank transactions in IBS
Daily follow up with banking team for recording transactions
Daily circulation of report from IBS
Verification of IBS Reports and following up with IBS team if any issues
Reconciliation of forward contract balance with bank
Maintaining underlying of forward contract booked
Reconciliation and providing daily reports and data with auditors
Daily maintaining letter for Booking and Cancellation of forward contract
Reconciliation of cancellation gain with bank
Following up with Bank for Forward Contract Ref Number and Swap charges.

Daily Treasury Summary
Daily recording Forex Transactions
