Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO)

As the Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO) at Speedtech.ai, you will play a strategic role with significant Revenue Sharing and no fixed salary. Your main responsibilities will include driving the go-to-market strategy, leading regional sales expansion, building and leading high-performance business teams, connecting with Auto OEM and Dealerships in the Marketing Department, collaborating closely with Product, Tech & Founders to optimize revenue and growth strategy, and being part of the core leadership defining the next phase of Speedtech.ai's journey. Qualifications required for this role include having 10+ years of experience in tech, SaaS, enterprise sales, or startup leadership, a proven track record of scaling revenue and leading growth teams, industry connections across B2B verticals, and an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with no fixed salary, and excited by ownership, profit sharing, and IPO upside. Additionally, as the RCBO, you will have high autonomy and influence over product and business decisions, the opportunity to co-create a made-in-India GenAI brand for the world, and work with a small, focused team that has built products already gaining global love.
