Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations in the designated region, developing and implementing strategic business plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
