Role Overview

high-performing Regional Business Manager (RBM)

8–15 years of proven experience in the hybrid seed industry

Key Responsibilities

business operations, dealer appointments, and market expansion

Appoint and manage dealers/distributors

Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing strategies

brand promotion, field demonstrations, and farmer engagement programs

Develop and lead the regional team

Report directly to the Executive & Managing Director

Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of 

  experience in hybrid seed marketing and sales

   within 

  Madhya Pradesh

  .
• Proven success in 

  Hybrid Maize and Paddy

   business; exposure to 

  Jowar, Bajra, Sunflower, and Cotton

  preferred.
• Strong network of 

  dealers, distributors, and progressive farmers

   in MP.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
