Location: Seoni / Chhindwara / Jabalpur (Extensive Travel Across Region) Company: My Seeds Private Limited Industry: Agribusiness / Seeds / Agri Inputs Department: Sales & Marketing My Seeds Private Limited is a leading Indian seed company with a strong presence across Pan-India, serving over 1 million farmers with high-quality hybrid and research-based seeds. We are now expanding our reach in Madhya Pradesh, with a focus on the Mahakoshal region , including Seoni, Chhindwara, and Jabalpur . Key Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship & Sales Growth: Build and manage relationships with existing dealers while identifying and appointing new long-term dealers in the region. Ensure consistent sales of hybrid paddy, hybrid maize, and other key crop seeds. Farmer Engagement & Promotion: Conduct regular field visits to interact with farmers. Organize post-sales campaigns and field demonstrations to promote product performance and trust. Market Travel & Coverage: Actively cover Seoni, Chhindwara, Jabalpur , and surrounding districts to strengthen market presence, resolve issues, and boost brand visibility. Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-ups and recovery of payments from dealers and channel partners in coordination with the accounts team. Product Strategy & Feedback: Collaborate with the R&D and product team to share on-ground feedback and support product trials and performance monitoring. Regional Sales Planning: Contribute to the growth strategy for the Mahakoshal region , analyzing sales trends and creating territory-specific action plans. Desired Profile: Prior experience in seed companies or agri-input sales (minimum 3 years preferred) Strong knowledge of hybrid paddy and maize markets Willing to travel extensively within Mahakoshal Region as needed Good rapport with dealers and farmers Goal-driven with strong communication and problem-solving skills Graduation in Agriculture or related field preferred Why Join Us?
