About the Role: My Seeds Pvt. Ltd., part of the MS Group , is seeking a highly experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP (including Tally Cloud Operations ) and Seed Industry accounting . The candidate will be responsible for handling complete accounts of 4 group companies , ensuring accurate reporting, stock and dealer reconciliations, taxation compliance, and financial discipline. Key Responsibilities: Manage full accounting operations for 4 MS Group companies on Tally ERP / Tally Cloud . Maintain ledgers, journal entries, narrations , and ensure proper grouping of accounts. Create and manage sales & purchase invoices , credit notes , debit notes , and branch stock transfers . Perform stock & inventory accounting specifically tailored to the seed business lifecycle (procurement → processing → bagging → dispatch → returns). Prepare and update NRV (Net Realizable Value) sheets in Excel and correctly incorporate NRV adjustments into Tally ledgers & stock valuation .
