🌍 Role Overview: Hybrid Seed Export Market Specialist – Africa

Export Market Specialist

MS Group’s brand ambassador in Africa

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 

  export market entry strategies

   for multiple African countries.
• Act as the 

  primary liaison with African seed companies, distributors, and agricultural institutions

  .
• Handle 

  export documentation, compliance, phytosanitary regulations, and trade policies

   relevant to hybrid seeds in Africa.
• Build and maintain 

  long-term B2B partnerships

   with African agribusinesses.
• Represent My Seeds at 

  international agri exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry forums

  .
• Conduct 

  market research, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting

   for hybrid seeds in Africa.
• Work closely with the Executive Director in 

  strategic planning, business development, and product positioning

  .

✅ Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience

   in agribusiness export, international trade, or hybrid seed markets.
• Strong understanding of 

  African agricultural landscape, seed industry, and regulatory frameworks

  .
• Existing 

  network and connections with African seed distributors, companies, and agri bodies

  .
• Track record of 

  successful export market development

   in seeds, agri-inputs, or related sectors.
• Ability to 

  negotiate, influence, and build trust

   at senior levels in Africa’s seed ecosystem.
• Based in Africa (or with extensive Africa experience) highly preferred.
