We are hiring a Regional Agency Head for the Agency Channel in General Insurance. The role involves leading and driving agency business across the assigned region through a team of Cluster/Area Managers and Agency leaders. The candidate will be responsible for strategic agency expansion, recruitment and development of large agency networks, driving motor insurance business, and ensuring consistent achievement of regional premium and profitability targets. Key responsibilities include team management, performance monitoring, agency productivity enhancement, compliance adherence, and strengthening market penetration. This is a senior team handling role requiring strong leadership, regional distribution management, and deep expertise in Motor Insurance agency sales.
