Job Description

As a Regional Admin Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating administrative and facility operations across multiple centers in the region. Your strong leadership skills and operational management expertise will be essential in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and maintaining a safe, student-friendly environment. Your collaborative efforts with central teams, vendors, and local admin staff will be key to delivering operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Regional Operations & Facility Management: - Supervise the day-to-day functioning of facilities in all regional centers to ensure seamless operations. - Standardize and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all centers. - Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence in areas such as fire safety, electrical systems, waste disposal, and emergency protocols. - Conduct regular audits of infrastructure including IT assets, classrooms, HVAC systems, power backups, and security systems. - Administration & Compliance: - Lead and mentor local admin/facility teams in various branches, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. - Manage timely procurement, vendor coordination, and stock/inventory across the region. - Maintain centralized records of facility expenses, service agreements, asset tracking, and compliance documentation. - Monitor and optimize regional consumption of utilities like electricity, diesel, and water for cost efficiency. - Leadership & Coordination: - Serve as the primary point of contact between local admin teams and central leadership. - Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and implement best practices throughout the region. - Address escalations from local centers promptly and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with academic, HR, and IT teams to facilitate smooth center operations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field (B.Tech preferred). - Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility/administrative operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role involving team management. - Proficiency in facility management encompassing electromechanical and soft services. - Strong leadership, people management, and vendor management capabilities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in data tracking and reporting. - Willingness to travel across centers within the region as required.,
