Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Real Estate Management

  • Manage property acquisitions, disposals, leases, and renewals within the region.

  • Conduct due diligence and market analysis to support real estate decisions.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with landlords, developers, and brokers.

  • Oversee property management and tenancy relations.

Administrative Management

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures across regional offices/facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Supervise regional administrative teams, conduct performance reviews, and promote professional development.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial control related to administrative operations.

Facility Management

  • Oversee maintenance, safety, and security of all regional properties and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage space planning, allocation, and utilization to optimize operational efficiency.

Liaising & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, corporate headquarters, government agencies, and external service providers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to support operational objectives.
  • Represent the company in negotiations related to contracts, leases, and service agreements.

Service Management

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality support services including security, cleaning, catering, and transport.
  • Monitor service provider performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for administrative and facility-related services.
  • Handle customer/staff feedback and resolve escalations efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven administrative experience within the

    logistics industry

    , with a strong focus on

    real estate management

    and

    liaising

    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing

    property leases, acquisitions, and disposals

    relevant to logistics hubs, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and negotiate with

    landlords, government authorities, and service providers

    to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with logistics operational requirements, including site planning, facility maintenance, and service management aligned with supply chain needs.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to effectively manage internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working across

    multi-location sites

    with ability to handle administrative and real estate challenges unique to the logistics sector.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting logistics real estate and facility operations.

* Candidate from Punjab / Himachal & Panchkula are preferred.
