Job Description

Were Hiring Full Stack Developer

Reflections is looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular (16+), Node.js, and Nest.js to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features.
  • Work with Angular 16+, Node.js, Nest.js, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Implement Kafka/Event-driven architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis/Caching.
  • Develop and optimize Microservices & Cloud (AWS) applications.
  • Manage databases (RDBMS & NoSQL/MongoDB).
  • Build and deploy applications with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and drive best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end and full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Angular 16+, Node.js, Nest.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Location: Trivandrum / Kochi (Remote/Hybrid ).
