About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to support our hiring process. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates starting their HR career who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various job roles.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and offer processes.
• Post job openings on different platforms and monitor responses.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Assist HR team in recruitment-related documentation and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
