Job Description

As a Recruitment Supervisor at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process to ensure that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for various positions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best recruiting practices. - Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates. - Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates. - Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support as needed. - Overseeing the use of recruitment tools and systems to track applicants through the hiring process. - Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. - Staying updated on industry trends and adjusting recruitment strategies as needed.
