Recruitment supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our team. The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for managing our recruitment process and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best recruiting practices.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the use of recruitment tools and systems to track applicants through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
• Leadership and team management skills.
