Job Description

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of caregivers across Kerala. This involves planning and executing recruitment activities to meet hiring targets, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screening calls and interviews, coordinating tests and documentation, and maintaining a talent pool for future requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with training teams, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute caregiver recruitment activities to achieve monthly and annual hiring targets. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, campus drives, and local community networks. - Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinate skill tests, medical checks, and documentation for shortlisted candidates. - Build and maintain a caregiver talent pool for immediate and future requirements. - Collaborate with the training and induction team for smooth candidate transition. - Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely updates to management. - Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, and community organizations. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract caregivers. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and procedures. - Handle candidate queries regarding job roles, training, stipends, and career progression. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English mandatory, Hindi preferred). - Ability to handle high-volume recruitment. - Good networking and relationship-building skills. - Organized, target-oriented, and proactive approach. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools. - Ability to travel within Kerala for recruitment drives and job fairs. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred, but freshers with strong motivation can also apply). - Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar or caregiver recruitment will be an added advantage.
