Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and have the ability to source and engage top talent effectively. Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various platforms for job postings and candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Skills and Qualifications 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors. Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
