As a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist at our company, you will be primarily focusing on recruiting for manufacturing profiles within non-IT domains. You will be entrusted with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various manufacturing roles. Your proactive approach in independently managing recruitment activities and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers will be crucial in ensuring the timely fulfillment of staffing needs. Your role will play a significant part in attracting top talent, nurturing a talent pipeline, and contributing to the company's growth by placing the right candidates in the right positions. It is essential that you possess a profound understanding of manufacturing industry requirements and excel in communication and negotiation to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, social media, and industry networks. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, building a robust talent pipeline, collaborating with department heads to comprehend role requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and maintaining accurate recruitment records are integral parts of your role. Your active participation in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process will be vital. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With a proven track record of 4-8 years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or non-IT domains, you should demonstrate a strong grasp of manufacturing industry roles and skill requirements. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills will be instrumental in your success. You should have the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, along with familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
