Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with top clients in the Consulting and BPM industry.
Search and source quality candidates for middle and senior management roles.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and share shortlisted profiles with clients.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
Achieve set revenue targets through successful placements.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships for ongoing hiring needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven experience working for Tier 1 multinational consulting companies.
Proficiency in using Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Must have a laptop, mobile phone, and broadband connection.
Availability to work full-time (10 AM to 7 PM).
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
