Recruitment Specialist

Live Connections is a 27 years old Consulting Organization and present across 4 countries and 7 cities in India. We are currently over 740+ full time recruiters based across our centres.

If you are good with communication skills ( English & Hindi) and are looking at coming back to work / starting work . Even if you do not fit in the below JD we would welcome you to our company.

What are we looking at :

1. The attitude - We hire for attitude and train for skills
2. We believe being curious & empathetic is a big part of this job. If you have a curious and empathetic personality you would love being a recruiter
3. Having a logical mind - This is paramount to all our recruiters. You should go through the Job Description , ask the client / LC mentor the right questions , explain the job role to each candidates and tell them the push and pull of the role. This is extremely important
4. If you are good with people - We do not waste our time in bickering and ranting about our colleagues , we do not encourage office gossips and hence largely we have respect and love towards are colleagues and this is what we expect from.

Prefer to have :

A good understanding of technology. Since most of our clients or from the tech space.If you do not come from the tech space we are still fine if you have the propensity to learn the jargons. We are based in Viman nagar and have a nice office and would love to have our colleagues with us atleast for three days in a week.
