Recruitment Specialist (IT & Non-IT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across both IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles and be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to onboarding.
• Source candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Handle both IT and Non-IT mandates across industries like manufacturing, retail, BFSI, hospitality, logistics, etc.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT roles.
• Excellent sourcing skills through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Time management and result-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing/consultancy firm.

As per industry standards / Best in the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
