As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, your role will involve managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding. You will focus on identifying and attracting mid to senior-level candidates, utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating closely with hiring managers, conducting thorough assessments, promoting the company's employer brand, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions. - Focus on identifying and attracting mid to senior-level candidates. - Utilize various channels for sourcing such as job portals, social media, and networking. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs. - Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements. - Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. - Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide updates to management. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on mid to senior leadership hiring. - Proven ability to fill roles in both IT and Non-IT domains. - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
