Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Raipur (chhattisgarh)

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including interviewing candidates and selecting ideal candidates for various roles. The role involves coordinating with different departments for recruitment needs, creating and executing recruiting strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Proficient in Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or aviation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
