Recruitment specialist - Campus

Role Overview: As a Campus Recruiter at UBS, you will be responsible for managing the campus recruitment process and hires. You will act as a trusted advisor, steer the campus strategy to identify and hire the right candidates, manage relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists, maintain relationships with campus placement officers and external vendors, and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects. You will be a vital part of the Campus Recruitment team in Mumbai / Pune, working collaboratively with a global recruiting network to ensure hiring managers are satisfied with the recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor and manage the campus recruitment process - Steer the campus strategy to identify and hire the right candidates - Manage relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists, including reward, talent, and diversity - Maintain relationships with campus placement officers and external vendors - Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects Qualifications Required: - Ideally 6-10 years of in-house recruiting experience - Previous exposure to recruitment in both tech and non-tech sectors - Excellent communicator, skilled in attracting and engaging candidates, especially passive candidates - Ambassador of best practices, capable of supporting good decision-making - Multitasker, well-organized, able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments efficiently - Proficient at presenting ideas, believing in and selling important values About the Company: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
