Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role also involves conducting training sessions, facilitating effective communication between departments, and maintaining a strategic approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct and develop Training programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the energy or power sector is a plus
