This role is essential to building a sustainable talent pipeline for our clients across sectors. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational institutes to drive campus recruitment. Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and job fairs. Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, & WhatsApp to actively source and engage with potential candidates. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet current and future talent needs. Maintain an organized database of campus contacts, candidate leads, and event outcomes. Collaborate closely with recruitment and business teams to align sourcing initiatives with client needs. Track key metrics related to sourcing effectiveness and candidate conversion. Stay informed about emerging trends in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and campus hiring. Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing, campus hiring, or recruitment marketing, preferably in a staffing or training firm. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with academic institutions. Demonstrated success in sourcing through social media and professional networks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel for events and campus visits as required. Preferred Skills: Experience using ATS and CRM tools Familiarity with skills development programs and government employment initiatives.
