Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Zensar Technologies, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and building a strong pipeline of candidates. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and attracting skilled professionals to join our innovative and fast-paced organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Additionally, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or consulting firm.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws, with the ability to stay updated on legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and recruitment strategies.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct thorough reference and background checks to ensure the suitability of candidates.
  • Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies throughout the recruitment process.
