Job Description

As a recruiter at Zensar, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our business forward. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate engagement will be key to our success. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and offer scheduling.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and candidate placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • MBA, B.Com, BA, or M.Tech degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Punes job market and talent pool is desirable.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  • Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit with our company culture.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partnerships to expand our talent pool.
  • Create and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns to promote our employer brand and attract passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate and manage offer packages, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
