As a Recruitment Manager/Recruitment Lead in the Staffing & Manpower Supply sector, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home with 5 to 11+ years of experience in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in end-to-end recruitment, who has progressively advanced to a leadership position. The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams of at least 10 members, possessing expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 10+ members across diverse roles and industries. - Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and onboarding. - Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for shutdowns, ongoing operations, and project-based needs. - Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Establish and monitor team KPIs related to closure timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and quality of hire. - Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to anticipate hiring needs and trends. - Provide continuous coaching, support, and performance assessments for team members. - Maintain comprehensive MIS and dashboards to track team output and recruitment performance. Required Skills & Competencies: - Extensive experience in staffing and manpower supply for domestic clients (non-US). - Proven track record in leading and expanding recruitment teams. - Deep understanding of manpower planning, hiring cycles, and recruitment trends in the Indian market. - Ability to manage both volume and niche hiring simultaneously. - Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and various job portals.
