We are hiring for Recruitment Manager/Lead with 7+ years of experience.

Walk-in drive from 9th Sept 2025 to 12th Sept 2025

Timing - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Location: No 89/1 3rd floor, Next to Royal Concorde School

Challakere, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore -560043.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for both IT and Non-IT (BPO) hiring.
    • Work closely with department heads to forecast workforce needs and create hiring plans.
    • Design and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality of hires.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment Management:

    • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for

      software engineers, IT architects, DevOps specialists, and BPO roles

      .
    • Develop a structured hiring process that includes

      technical assessments, soft skills evaluation, and culture fit analysis

      .
    • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and productivity.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to understand role requirements and define recruitment SLAs.
    • Act as a recruitment consultant to internal stakeholders, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  4. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:

    • Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn, career fairs, university tie-ups, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
    • Build talent pipelines for

      critical IT and BPO roles

      , ensuring a strong network of active and passive candidates.
  5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as

      time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate quality

      .
    • Prepare detailed reports on hiring trends, diversity hiring, and recruiter performance.
    • Optimize recruitment budgets and hiring costs to align with company goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement AI-driven and ATS-based recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with

    L&D teams

    for onboarding and employee retention strategies.
  • Lead

    diversity hiring initiatives

    to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Manage third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and external recruitment consultants.
  • Handle executive-level hiring and succession planning for senior leadership roles.

Recruitment Expertise:

  • 8-12 years of experience in

    IT & BPO hiring

    with a strong understanding of

    tech hiring for software development roles and volume hiring for BPOs

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, Keka Hire etc.)

    .
  • Strong

    Boolean search, headhunting, and direct sourcing

    skills.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Ability to

    liaise with CXOs, department heads, and hiring managers

    to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a

    team of 8-15 recruiters

    .

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Experience in

    recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and data-driven hiring

    .
  • Ability to

    analyze and report KPIs

    like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.

Negotiation & Offer Management:

  • Skilled in

    salary negotiation, closing strategies, and counteroffer handling

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    compensation structures and market benchmarking

    .

Good to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to

    global hiring (US, UK, APAC markets)

    .
  • Certifications in

    Talent Acquisition / HR Analytics (LinkedIn, SHRM, or AIRS)

    .
  • Knowledge of

    HR laws, compliance, and labor regulations

    .
  • Background in

    RPO and vendor management

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AI-driven recruitment tools and automation

    .
