Key Responsibilities

• Lead a track from offshore for handling 300+ Windows Virtual servers
• Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for AD replication, authentication, and trust relationships.
• Handle AD and domain controller upgrades
• Configure and maintain Kerberos, LDAP and certificate services.
• Monitor and optimize AD performance using tools like Event Viewer, PowerShell scripts, and monitoring solutions.
• Windows server roles and features configuration
• RDS setup, configuration and troubleshooting
• Handle windows migrations from different datacenter
• Perform and lead OS upgrade activities
• Ensure regular patching, vulnerability management is performed on all servers to ensure 99% compliance
• Present reports Capacity, Backup and restore, Patching to client in SIOP monthly governance calls
• Drive technical matters with Data Center vendor partner to deliver services to client
• Prepare the data for monthly invoicing
• Ensure the CIs for data center are updated in the ServiceNow CMDB
• Identify service improvement opportunities and bring in automation initiatives for operational excellence and reduce manual effort

Mandatory skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller, PKI, Group Policy and AD Sites & Services.
• Understanding of Kerberos, NTLM, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with security hardening, audit compliance, and privileged access management.
• VMware vCenter skills
• Data Center Infrastructure technology Storage, Backup, switches, router, firewall
• Windows Server Operations, Administration and Management
• EntraID
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB
