Recruitment Manager

As a Lead Recruiter / Recruitment Manager at a Leading Indian MNC located in Bandra West, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end hiring across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership - Planning and executing pan-India hiring strategies - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs - Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates efficiently - Collaborating with external recruitment partners and consultants - Ensuring timely closures under pressure - Maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in recruitment, preferably 7+ years - Strong knowledge of hiring practices across industries - Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines concurrently - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with vendor consultants is a plus The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, meal facility, and Provident Fund.
