Recruitment Lead

What You'll Do:

  • Team Management:

    Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals, and achieve operational delivery targets.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Regularly update internal and external stakeholders, hiring managers, and leadership teams on hiring progress, market trends, and strategic hiring plans.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Reporting:

    Deliver weekly and monthly management information reporting requests.
  • ATS Data Management:

    Utilize

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    efficiently, alongside manual data tracking, to ensure streamlined hiring operations.
  • Innovative Hiring Strategies:

    Develop and implement creative hiring solutions, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing to attract

    top IT talent

    across emerging technologies.
  • Fast-Paced Execution:

    Deliver

    quick turnaround results

    while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

    Stay updated on the latest

    technologies, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics

    to refine hiring strategies.
  • IT Consulting Recruitment:

    Experience in hiring for

    IT Consulting and professional services

    roles, including niche, high-demand technology positions.
  • Process Improvement:

    Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.

What You Know:

  • Successful track record recruiting for the

    IT Service-based industry

  • Ability to adapt and build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in

    leading teams

  • Strong knowledge of

Education:
