Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones using tools like MS Teams or Outlook.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the interview tracker and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Send calendar invites, interview confirmations, and follow-up communications in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring priorities and support volume hiring needs.
  • Help in managing last-minute changes, reschedules, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting interview metrics (e.g., time-to-schedule, number of interviews scheduled).
  • Support other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Prior internship or experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
