Recruitment Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Recruiter & Telecaller to support our hiring process for academic content writers. The role involves sourcing qualified writers, conducting telephonic screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate follow-ups. This is an office-based part-time position for individuals who can work efficiently within a 4-hour daily schedule. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Responsibilities (Academic Content Writers)Source academic content writing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and writing groups. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ subject knowledge and writing experience. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate sample tests, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain databases, candidate pipelines, and recruitment trackers. Create and post job openings on relevant platforms. Telecalling Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to candidates to explain job roles and selection processes. Handle inbound calls regarding applications, assessment submissions, and job queries. Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules. Ensure professional and clear communication. Achieve weekly outreach and screening targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred (education or writing domain is a bonus). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify suitable candidates for academic writing roles. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented. Work Schedule: 4 hours per day (Work from Office) Days: (Monday–Saturday) Monthly Salary: ₹4,000 – ₹7,000 (based on experience and performance) Professional and supportive working environment
