Job Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail front-end roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and domain-specific requirements. Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, Apna, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening for candidates. Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments to hiring managers. Coordinate technical interviews, portfolio reviews, and feedback collection. Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and weekly reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Adhere to hiring policies, confidentiality standards, and SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for retail. Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver quality hires within timelines.
